In addition to his leadership at PDG, Rangu serves on the Foreign Policy Leadership Council at The Brookings Institution and is a board director at BCIU, further enhancing his global perspective and influence.

Varoon is an industry leader in the rapidly expanding data center market in Asia, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation in the internet infrastructure sector.

Before co-founding PDG, Varoon enjoyed a successful and fast-tracked career at Tata Communications, where he held key roles across various functions, including sales, corporate development, product management, engineering, and operations. He played an instrumental role in growing Tata’s data center business and successfully executing its carve-out and majority stake sale to a strategic investor.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the industry, Varoon’s diverse international background includes residency and professional roles in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Asia.

Niall has a track record of scaling and value creation in capital intensive sectors across renewable energy and real estate.

Prior to PDG, Niall was the CFO of Masdar, one of the world’s largest global renewables energy companies. Over 14 years at Masdar, Niall was instrumental in the company scaling from a startup to 20 GW in 40 countries, representing a combined value of over USD30 billion.

Prior to Masdar, Niall held senior roles at blue chip real estate and accounting firms, living and working in Asia, Middle East and Europe.

As General Counsel, Catherine drives all legal negotiations, enabling PDG to achieve commercially favorable outcomes across various transactions, including M&A, development, and customer or vendor engagements. She also oversees the company’s legal and regulatory compliance.

With over 15 years of experience throughout Asia, Catherine has established herself as a leading authority in high-value, cross-border M&A transactions, particularly within the technology and real estate sectors.

Catherine has a proven track record of negotiating on behalf of and against some of the world’s largest institutional investors and corporations during her tenure at prestigious law firms, including Morrison & Foerster and Allen & Overy.

As the head of Human Resources at PDG, Dawn partners with country and group leadership to enhance talent acquisition and retention. As a hands-on HR leader, she drives operational effectiveness across the organization while playing a critical role in fostering the company’s culture.

Dawn has held leadership roles in HR at the European multinational firm Firmenich and, prior to that, at Keppel Corp. She possesses extensive experience across Asia, particularly in high-growth and capital-intensive businesses operating in challenging and complex markets.

Asher plays two critical roles at PDG. As the Group CTO, he is responsible for the company’s long-term technology roadmap and direction, as well as driving the company’s sustainability initiatives. Additionally, he leads the business operations in Singapore and Malaysia.

Before joining PDG, Asher had a diverse career spanning key roles in public policy, consulting, and business. His experience includes positions at KPMG, the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore, and leading the Kingsland Data Center business.

Vipin is a versatile business problem solver who leads PDG’s operations in one of the fastest-growing data center markets in the world. Throughout his tenure at PDG, as well as at STT and Tata Communications, Vipin has cultivated trusted relationships with hyperscalers and vendors, built through years of collaboration and mutual success.

He is a significant contributor to the growth of India’s AI and cloud infrastructure. Before entering the data center industry, Vipin held key roles at prominent multinational companies, including Bharti Airtel and American Express.

Yoshinaga (“Yoshi”) leads PDG’s business operations in Japan. He brings over 20 years of diverse experience from his career at Mitsui & Co., where he held fast-track leadership roles across accounting, marketing, business development, and investment execution. Yoshi’s expertise spans multiple sectors, including retail, oil and gas, and real estate, with successful projects across Europe, Southeast Asia, China, and Japan.

Known for his ability to lead diverse teams and navigate complex markets, Yoshi has a proven track record of executing long-term growth strategies in challenging environments.

Frederic leads PDG’s business operations in Indonesia, bringing over 15 years of experience with esteemed multinational companies in challenging markets across the Middle East and Southeast Asia. He has lived and worked in Indonesia for the past seven years, deepening his understanding of the local market.

Prior to joining PDG, Frederic was involved in the supply chain of the data center business at DKSH, where he led the Technology Unit in Indonesia. He possesses strong expertise in driving sales growth, P&L management, and ensuring customer success.

Yanfei is an expert in hyperscale facility development and strategic operations management, with a proven ability to deliver excellence in complex, large-scale data center projects.

Prior to joining PDG, Yanfei led the engineering and construction of cutting-edge data centers at Baidu. His deep technical expertise, combined with an empathetic leadership style, has enabled him to consistently succeed in high-pressure environments. Yanfei began his career in commercial real estate development, providing a strong foundation for his later work in the data center industry.
